We start each project with learning our
client’s dreams and aspirations. During this complimentary initial consultation
we get together to learn more about your requests, evaluate the potentials and
constraint of the project.
After the initial consultation we provide you
with a design proposal including moodboard and design fee.
A partial design fee payment will be required
following your written confirmation of the design proposal.
After receiving the initial payment, we start
developing floor plans and furniture layouts through a series of computer
assisted drawings. Final drawings will be refined and confirmed based on mutual
input.
Building on final drawings, a preliminary
shopping list will be prepared comprising of alternatives for all the pieces in
your final layout. We will be meeting one more time to go over the shopping
list and decide on the final products.
Just sit back and relax, we will be arranging
everything on your behalf! Subsequent to your approval of the shopping list, we
will start to order furniture pieces, arrange delivery timings and coordinate
with contractors.
When all the items in your shopping list is
received, we will be visiting one last time to decorate and style up your
space. With the finishing touches, you will witness a true transformation of
any space into your dream home.
Congratulations! We have completed our design
journey and now it is time to enjoy your new home. At this last stage, we
kindly ask you to make the remaining design fee payment.
